Loved Ones Care, is looking to hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Office Assistant to support our healthcare office operations. The ideal candidate speaks both English and Spanish fluently and is comfortable interacting with caregivers, clients, and health professionals.

The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. He/she greets visitors and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a healthy initiative and can anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route phone calls in English and Spanish-language

• Greet visitors and provide general support to clients

• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

• Assist with scheduling appointments and intake coordination

• Translate documents and provide in-person interpretation when needed

• Monitor and manage Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) logs and compliance

• Perform routine Quality Assurance (QA) checks on documentation and records

• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and compliance tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual in English and Spanish-language required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email

• Experience with EVV systems or willingness to learn

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes a plus

• Previous office or customer service experience preferred
